Liana Kabel

Liana says, "If it looks like a lolly, I like it". She is a full time artist with a focus on the production of contemporary jewelry. Often utilizing found and recycled materials sourced from the home environment, such as Tupperware and knitting needles. Liana incorporates these plastics with precious metals, resulting in pieces with a sense of color and fun.
Born in Sydney she currently resides in Brisbane and her studies include ceramics, photography, painting and silversmithing.
