Returns

If an item fails to meet your expectation, it may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase and must be in original condition with original packaging.

A returns authorization number is required for all returns and is obtained by filling out our returns form. click here
* Made-to-order and opened consumables (ie: gourmet, cosmetics) are not returnable.
Returns must be sent insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D returns.
Once returns have been processed and received by us, a credit (less original shipping/gift box fees) will be issued on the same credit card that was originally charged. Please allow 1 credit card billing cycle for a credit to appear on your statement.

If you receive an item that arrives damaged, or is sent in error, please keep all packaging and items and notify us. click here

Gift returns will be credited with a Gift Certificate for future use or exchange.

Gift Certificate returns will be issued a credit towards the original gift certificate number for future use or exchange.
